LEXINGTON, KY, Jan. 22, 2008--(MARKET WIRE) -- TelcoBlue, Inc. (OTCPK: TBLU) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire licensing rights to Done in Sixty Seconds™ (DISS),  a company that developed a new technology for online video creation that allows customers to design and order a customized Web advertising video. The Letter of Intent gives TelcoBlue, Inc. rights for the sales and marketing of DISS’ products.

In the agreement, TelcoBlue, Inc. will retain sales from future DISS clients and will retain an exclusive contract for Prosper Media to produce all videos within a 90 day preliminary period and thereafter. The deal will increase annual sales quotas for DISS and include a percentage stock ownership in TelcoBlue.

Primarily, DISS was developed to help clients differentiate their marketing strategy by using custom video to “infotain” their prospective audience. It can be used for a variety of purposes: to promote events, sales and fundraisers, answer questions, give directions, greet and thank visitors, etc.  According to the U.S. Census Bureau, in 2008, over $500 million will be spent on video ads and 137.2 million people will watch them.

“We’re very pleased to sign a Letter of Intent with DISS. This new partnership will not only add value to our Company and its shareholders, but it will enable us to tap into a market that is growing exponentially,” stated Jim Turek, CEO of TelcoBlue, Inc.

A new regional talent push has begun and auditions will occur within the month of January 2008.  Improvements to the DISS website are also being engineered by 3rd Dimension Design.
